Delivery Information
Costs
UK orders have two delivery options: £4.50 per order for Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, but without proof of delivery, or £6.95 per order for DPD next day tracked delivery.
Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland deliveries: £14.95 per order, delivered by DPD the standard timescales is 4-6 working days.
VAT/Duty Costs
For UK orders, there will be a 20% VAT charge at check-out stage.
Timescales
Items in stock and ordered before 14:00, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. UK orders over £50.00 and any orders under £50.00 selecting the “UK DPD Delivery” option will be dispatched on a next-day DPD delivery service, however, please allow up to 2 working days. Any orders under £50.00 selecting the “UK Royal Mail Delivery” option will be dispatched on a 48hr service however there will be no proof of delivery option with this service. (Streamline Corporate Ltd do not accept liability for any orders not delivered using this delivery option).
Return Information
General Information
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include (among other items) some health and personal care items.
How to Arrange a Return
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out and submit the online returns form available here and send your item to: Streamline Corporate Limited, 7 Queen Anne Drive Newbridge, Edinburgh EH28 8LH, UK. Alternatively you can e-mail: customercare@streamlinecorporate.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Damaged Products
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any damage caused to the goods in transit must be reported to Streamline in writing with photographic evidence of such damage within 5 days of delivery.
